We accept returns for a refund or exchange on orders within 30 days of delivery.

Returns must be in new condition, and we ask that they be returned in their original, intact packaging.

We cover the cost of shipping for eligible blankets returned to NTL.

As soon as we have received and accepted your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method at checkout (credit card, PayPal, etc).

Depending on your bank, that may take 4 to 8 business days (this is up to the card's bank and out of our control).
