Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a refund or exchange on orders within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be in new condition, and we ask that they be returned in their original, intact packaging.
We cover the cost of shipping for eligible blankets returned to NTL.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries with Australia Post International Express.

How long will it take me to get my order?
We dispatch orders within 1 business day and most orders arrive within 5-14 business days.
While the vast majority of our orders arrive on time, once in a while an order may be delayed for reasons outside our control.

Are there any customs/import fees?
Nope. If incurred, please email us the details and we will provide you with a full refund of any tax, duties, or customs fees.
How do I wash?
Machine wash on cold mode. If this function is not available to you - it's best to hand wash them.
What are your products made from?
Our textiles are woven from 100% GOTS organic cotton.
Where are your products made?
Our textiles are woven in Panipat, India.

Is my credit card information secure?
For security reasons we will never store your credit card information. We process all orders via Shopify Payments, whose secure server and encryption technology goes above and beyond security industry standards.
Do you run Black Friday sales and campaigns?
As a mindful brand, it does not align with our values to participate in Black Friday sales periods. We prefer not to entice customers into mindless consumption.
