Where do you ship from?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in India and USA.
What is your return policy?
At this time, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If you believe you’ve received an item with a quality issue, please reach out to us by via e mail and include clear photos of the concern. Our team will review it carefully and get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries with International Express Shipping.

How long will it take me to get my order?
We dispatch orders within 1 business day and most orders arrive within 12-14 days.
While the vast majority of our orders arrive on time, once in a while an order may be delayed for reasons outside our control.

Are there any customs/import fees?
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside our control.
If any customs or import fees are incurred, we will reimburse you for these charges. Simply share a copy of the duty receipt with us, and our team will take care of the rest.
How do I wash?
Machine wash on cold mode. If this function is not available to you - it's best to hand wash them.

Is my credit card information secure?
For security reasons we will never store your credit card information. We process all orders via Shopify Payments, whose secure server and encryption technology goes above and beyond security industry standards.
Do you run Black Friday sales and campaigns?
As a mindful brand, it does not align with our values to participate in Black Friday sales periods. We prefer not to entice customers into mindless consumption.
