30 days to change your mind.

If your order isn't right, email hello@namingthislater.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what went wrong. We'll refund you in full.

United States — we send you a prepaid return label. Refund is processed once the item is received.

Everywhere else — no need to send anything back. Outside the United States, you keep the piece; sending it back across the world costs more in carbon and freight than it's worth to us. Pass it on to someone who'll love it. Your refund is processed straight away.

Faulty or wrong item? Send us a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer, wherever you are.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 business days of approval. No forms, no restocking fees, no need for original packaging.

Prefer an exchange instead? Just say so in your email and we'll arrange it.

We stand by the quality of our products, and if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

If you need to update your shipping address, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to make the change before it is processed.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we’re unfortunately unable to reroute or change the delivery address.

We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days and arrive within 7-10 days.

While the vast majority of our orders arrive on time, once in a while an order may be delayed for reasons outside our control.

No — duties and taxes are already included in the price you pay.

We ship on a delivered-duty-paid basis, so your order clears customs without anything owed on your end. Occasionally, depending on how local authorities assess a shipment, a charge may still be raised. If that happens, we cover it.

Email a copy of the charge or receipt to hello@namingthislater.com and we'll reimburse you in full — the duty, any taxes, and any handling fee charged alongside it. Refunds are processed within 3 business days.

You should never pay more than the price on our site. If you do, it's on us to fix.
