Orders are shipped from our warehouse in India and the US.

As we ship directly from our warehouses in the U.S. and India, we currently accept returns within the United States only.

For orders outside the U.S., we’re unfortunately unable to process physical returns due to high international shipping costs. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, please write to us at hello@namingthislater.com with your reason for return, and our customer service team will gladly assist you with a refund or exchange — simple and hassle-free.

If you need to update your shipping address, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to make the change before it is processed.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we’re unfortunately unable to reroute or change the delivery address.

We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days and most orders arrive within 10-14 days.

While the vast majority of our orders arrive on time, once in a while an order may be delayed for reasons outside our control.

Depending on your location, customs or import duties may occasionally be applied by your local authorities. If you do incur any such charges, please don’t worry — we will gladly reimburse you in full.

Our cotton throws are woven in Panipat, India. We also have production in Peru for wool blankets and cotton towels in Turkey.
