Every NTL order ships free, everywhere we deliver. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge for distance.

The price you see is the price you pay.

Duties and taxes are included

We ship on a delivered-duty-paid basis, so your order clears customs with nothing owed on your end.

Occasionally, depending on how local authorities assess a shipment, a charge may still be raised. If that happens, we cover it. Email a copy of the charge or receipt to hello@namingthislater.com and we'll reimburse you in full — the duty, any taxes, and any courier handling or brokerage fee charged alongside it. Reimbursements are processed within 3 business days.

You should never pay more than the price on our site. If you do, it's on us to fix.

When your order arrives

We dispatch within 1–2 business days of your order. Most orders arrive within 10–14 days of dispatch.

We ship from our warehouses in India and the United States, and your order is sent from whichever is closest to you.

You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Occasionally a shipment is delayed for reasons outside our control — if yours is running late, write to us and we'll chase it for you.

Need to change your delivery address? Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, we can't reroute it.

30 days to change your mind

A throw isn't something you judge in a shop. It's something you judge on the third cold morning, when you reach for it without thinking.

So take thirty days with it.

If your order isn't right, email hello@namingthislater.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what went wrong. We'll refund you in full.

United States — we send you a prepaid return label. Your refund is processed once the item is on its way back.

Everywhere else — no need to send anything back. International return freight costs more than the piece is worth to us. Keep it, or pass it on to someone who'll love it. Your refund is processed straight away.

Faulty or wrong item? Send us a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer, wherever you are.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 business days of approval. No forms, no restocking fees, no need for original packaging.

Prefer an exchange instead? Just say so in your email and we'll arrange it.
