Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a refund or exchange on orders within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be in new condition, and we ask that they be returned in their original, intact packaging.
We cover the cost of shipping for eligible blankets returned to NTL.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries with DHL Express and Australia Post Express.

Are there any customs/import fees?
Nope. If incurred by your country, please email us the details and we will provide you with a full refund of any tax, duties, or customs fees.
How long will it take me to get my order?
We dispatch orders within 1 business day.
For customers who choose DHL Express, most orders arrive within 3-5 business days.
For customers who choose Australia Post Express, most orders arrive within 5-14 business days.

I think my order is lost?
If your order hasnāt been deliveredĀ after 14 days from the date of purchase, please contact us and we can launch an investigation.

Can I change my shipping address?
Provided your order has not shipped yet, yes. Please email us the new details and we will change this over for you.
