Free shipping, worldwide

Every NTL order ships free, everywhere we deliver. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge for distance.

Duties and taxes are included

We ship on a delivered-duty-paid basis, so your order clears customs with nothing owed on your end. The price you see is the price you pay.

Occasionally, depending on how local authorities assess a shipment, a charge may still be raised. If that happens, we cover it. Email a copy of the charge or receipt to hello@namingthislater.com and we will reimburse you in full — the duty, any taxes, and any courier handling or brokerage fee charged alongside it. Reimbursements are processed within 3 business days.

You should never pay more than the price on our site. If you do, it is on us to fix.

When your order arrives

Dispatch: within 1–2 business days of your order.
Delivery: most orders arrive within 10–14 days of dispatch.
Where from: we ship from our warehouses in India and the United States, and your order is sent from whichever is closest to you.
Tracking: emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Occasionally a shipment is delayed for reasons outside our control. If yours is running late, write to us and we will chase it for you.

Changing your delivery address

Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, we cannot reroute it.

Thirty days to change your mind

If you are not satisfied with our product, please email hello@namingthislater.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what went wrong. We will refund you in full.
