FAQs
FAQs
How long 'til you ship my order?
Goodbyes are hard for us. Please allow up to 24 business hours for our team to lovingly pick, pack and send off your order!
How do I clean my rug?
Our rugs can be machine washed on cold delicate mode.
If this function is not available to you - its best to hand wash them. Hang to dry. They tend to get softer with every wash.
I have a question, what should I do?
Get in touch! Ping us at hello@namingthislater.com — we’re here to help Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM AWST time. Otherwise we’ll get back to you mañana.
Are the rugs sustainable?
We're not perfect, but it's a big focus for us. Our rugs are woven from 100% recycled cotton and we minimise plastic usage in our supply chain. Packages are shipped with recycled materials too!

Recycled, Restored & Rewoven
Existing cotton clothes and cutoffs are given a new life. After being shredded and re-spun to yarn, they are then woven and transformed into timeless designs.
As a byproduct of not needing to grow cotton, we save water and lighten our carbon footprint.
