Ok quality, amazing customer service
I decided to return this throw because the quality wasn’t what I was looking for. The design and colors are beautiful, I just wanted something that felt heavier/thicker. I was worried about returning the product because I live in the united states and I didn’t realize this came from Australia, but the customer support I received was UNMATCHED. Aya was quick to respond to my emails and provided me with the best solutions, and received feedback about the product without getting defensive. Even though this product wasn’t for me, I highly recommend this company because they obviously care about their customers and products. Thank you!!
