WHEN CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY ORDER?
All orders are covered by our 30-day returns policy. If you don’t like it for any reason at all, send it back in it's original condition and we'll refund you for your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, in new condition, and must not be damaged in any way during the time that the item is in the customer’s possession.
RETURN SHIPPING COST
In the case that your purchase is damaged or faulty, your item will be replaced or refunded upon receipt of the returned damaged goods - for free.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order which includes pictures and video evidence of the damaged items. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount.
NEED TO RETURN A DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM?
We apologise if you have received an item that is incorrect or not in perfect condition. Should this occur, your item will be replaced or refunded upon receipt of the returned damaged goods.
Prior to returning any damaged or faulty items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, with:
- Tour full name
- Details of the fault accompanied by an image of the damage or fault
- Your order number
We will reply to your email as soon as possible with instructions (including return address) on how to proceed.
All Exchanges/Refunds will be processed within 1-2 working days of receiving your returned item. For refunds - they will be made via the original purchase method once the item is received, inspected & approved.
LOST IN TRANSIT PARCELS?
In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit, please email is at email@example.com and we will investigate the circumstances. Once confirmed, a replacement item will be arranged.
